Ordering:
Q: You list an item online, but it's sold out. Will you restock this item?
A: Best thing to do is to Contact Us, letting us know which item you were interested in and how many that you were looking to purchase. If we see additional demand for a particular item, we'll restock it for those interested in it.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You can request changes to your order up to one business day (24 hours) after order is placed. Please ensure that you select your products carefully, including the quantity, as we will not exchange or refund products that have been incorrectly ordered. Orders cancelled/changed after 24 hours will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will issue a store credit for the item(s) cancelled/changed. If a credit card refund is requested, your order will be subject to an additional admin fee of 3.5%; this is to cover credit card processing fees. Please Contact Us within 24 hours with the requested changes.
Q: What is a 1 gallon vs a 2 gallon vs a 3gallon vs a 5 gallon pot etc?
A: Please read our Ordering Info page with a sample pot size chart.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: At this time, we only offer delivery. Our retail location is not open yet.
Delivery:
Q: How will I know when my order is shipped?
A: Once your order is ready for shipping, you will be notified by email letting you know that your order has been shipped.
Q: Do you offer FREE delivery?
A: Our dispatch location is in Mississauga. Please refer to our Delivery page for addition info.
Q: What are your delivery rates?
A: Shipping rates are determined by weight, size and destination. Bulky and/or heavy items may have an addition fee. To determine the shipping rate for your order, add the item(s) to cart and enter the delivery postal code in the Shipping Add Info section.
Q: Do you delivery to Condos and/or Apartment buildings?
A: Yes, only if your order can dropped off outside on porch etc. Otherwise, no, we do not delivery to any high rise building including condos/apartment buildings. Please refer to our Delivery page for addition info.
Warranty:
Q: What is your warranty on your plants?
A: PlantCentral offers a 14 Day Quality Guarantee on all orders. Every endeavour is made to fill orders with grade and quality of stock ordered. We guarantee all PlantCentral.ca plants to be high quality, true to type, and properly shipped. We do guarantee that the plants ordered will arrive to your house happy & healthy, but we cannot guarantee a plant will live once it is out of our possession.
