Can I order online and then pick up my plants?
At this time, we only offer delivery.

Can I request delivery on a specific day?
You can always request a special ship date while placing your order. For example, if you want to order early for a special event such as a wedding. This is a service our company happily provides, and we always recommend ordering sooner rather than later to ensure availability for your event. Just send us the details in the online Special Request Form.

Do you install plants?
You bet. Once you've clicked on a product, you can select the option to 'Yes, Install my new plants' - voila! - you're ready for checkout.

You list an item online, but it's sold out. Will you restock this item?
Best thing to do is to Contact Us, letting us know which item you were interested in and how many that you were looking to purchase. If we see additional demand for a particular item, we'll restock it for those interested in it.

Do I need to water my delivered plants?
Please water your plants upon arrival and give them water daily until planting, once planted continue to water as needed. It is recommended to schedule delivery when you're ready to plant.

How do I place an order for delivery?
There are two easy ways to place your order with Plant Central:
- Order Online: Browse the on-line catalog, and complete the delivery information at chectout. You can request your desired delivery date, we'll follow up with your order confirmation and delivery date.
- Submit your Plant List: Submit your plant list with quantitity and prefered plant size Plant List Quote form. We'll follow up with your plant list request within 1 business day.

Can my plant order be delivered to a Condo or Appartment?
Plants tend to be messy, so we only deliver plants to an outside location. If you live in a condo/town-home/apartment building that has a front porch etc that is accessible, you're good. We will not leave your plant order with a concierge or doorman. Alternatively, meet our delivery team outside to accept your order or have your order delivered and accepted by a friend/family member with a home/porch.

What is Plant Cenrtal's Warranty?
Plant Central offers a 14 Day Quality Guarantee on all orders. Every endeavour is made to fill orders with grade and quality of stock ordered. We guarantee all PlantCentral.ca plants to be high quality, true to type, and properly shipped. We do guarantee that the plants ordered will arrive to your house happy & healthy, but we cannot guarantee a plant will live once it is out of our possession. Once your plant material order arrives, our responsibility ceases.

- What is Plant Cenrtal's 14 Day Guarantee?
The overwhelming majority of our orders are delivered without any issues. However, due to the complexities of packing and shipping live plants, sometimes things don’t quite go as expected. When Do Orders Ship?
Once your plant order is ready for shipping, you will be notified by email with your shipping date.

- What if I need to cancel my order?
You can request changes to your order up to one business day (24 hours) after order is placed. Please ensure that you select your products carefully, including the quantity, as we will not exchange or refund products that have been incorrectly ordered. Orders cancelled/changed after 24 hours will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will issue a store credit for the item(s) cancelled/changed. Please Contact Us within 24 hours with the requested changes.

When is the Plant Central open?
We are open year-round. Our growing and delivery season are open from March to December (weather pending).
Online Store is open 24/7. Special orders and quotes should be sent vie Email.
