Elegans Hosta has huge blue-gray, rounded leaves. They become heavily textured and corrugated as they mature; slug resistant. Blue leaf color is best achieved in light sun. White flowers bloom in clusters in midsummer.
Elegans Hosta features dainty spikes of white bell-shaped flowers rising above the foliage in mid summer. Its attractive enormous textured heart-shaped leaves emerge powder blue in spring, turning blue in colour throughout the season.

Hostas are exceedingly popular perennials in today's gardens due to their versatility in the landscape. Their subtle colors, tall flower scapes, and broad, coarse leaves fill a niche in garden designs that few other plants can achieve. Their large leaves provide excellent coverage for dying bulb foliage.
