Minuteman Hosta features dainty spikes of violet bell-shaped flowers rising above the foliage in mid summer. Its attractive large textured heart-shaped leaves remain dark green in colour with distinctive white edges throughout the season.
A vigorous variety producing dense mounds of deep green foliage with wide, bright white margins; leaves are slightly cupped and corrugated; pale lavender flowers appear on tall scapes during the midsummer months; adds color and texture to beds and borders.

Hostas are exceedingly popular perennials in today's gardens due to their versatility in the landscape. Their subtle colors, tall flower scapes, and broad, coarse leaves fill a niche in garden designs that few other plants can achieve. Their large leaves provide excellent coverage for dying bulb foliage.
